1. What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

 

2. What is your shipping policy?

We want you to receive your order as soon as possible, so we prioritize getting orders shipped out within three business days of your order being received. We also are more than happy to offer in store pick up which can be selected at the time of ordering or communicated to us via phone or email.

 

3. Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all 50 US states and Canada. If you are outside these regions, please contact us at pnw@nodinx.com for international arrangements.

 

4. What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?

If the product is out of stock, we will contact you to make different arrangements if necessary.

 

5. Does PNW by No Dinx collaborate with creators?

Yes! We are always looking for opportunities to connect and collaborate with creators. For social media and blog collaborations, please email pnw@nodinx.com with your pitch.

 

6. Can I return my order?

We are happy to accept returns within a 30 day window of you receiving your order. To return or exchange your order, please contact us via email or phone so we can connect you with a member of our team. Once we have received your return or exchange, we will fulfill your request within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us for a return, exchange, or refund, subject to the following terms:

  • Returns and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order

  • After receiving your return or exchange request, we will have your request fulfilled within 2 weeks 

  • All clearance items are limited to stock on hand and are non-returnable.

  • Exchanges are welcomed, however we do not cover the cost of return shipping. 

  • If your garment is wrong or defective, please contact us for alternative options.
